Underwater & Aerial Videography

Since 1992 I have been shooting underwater video. As technology changes, I keep current with the latest equipment on the market.

My main camera is the Sony Z1, which shoot in 1080/60i, 1080/50i, HD and DVCAM.

My backup camera & deep water camera housing (rated to 200m) is the Sony HC1 which also shoot in 1080/60i, 1080/50i, HD and DV. This has been used to film the Yolanda Wreck in 160m in the Red Sea. Egypt.

I have HID underwater lighting for my cameras, and have 2 underwater DPV (scooters) that are equipped to carry a camera to shoot perfect underwater tracking shots down to over 100m.

All camera are designed for underwater usage, and are also equipped to be used for aerial filming assignments. Each camera can be mounted on a special designed mount for steady aerial footage.

I hold a HSE diving qualification & a current HSE medical to allow me to work legally underwater for any media related assignments in the UK and for around the world.

I offer clients SCUBA or CCR (Closed circuit rebreather) which allow me to work in almost any enviroment with no bubbles. This is especially good for working with marine life for a long time and working underneath subjects.

All work undertaken has a full risk assessment drafted up, & all other member of the dive team are HSE qualified to assist on the job.
